My girlfriends have been telling me for years how they manage to save money on cars, property and all kinds of deals,; just by grinning and bearing it and taking one for the team. I recently made one of the biggest decisions of my life, I decided to buy property. This is acknowledged as being the single most biggest financial investment anyone ever has to make.

It was property I had decided to by and as I was a first-time buyer the estate agent said I would have to pay a pretty substantial deposit for a first mortgage loan. The bank was talking in the region of 10 – 15% and I had really found the condo I wanted to call my own. I needed a way to get financially creative!

I know you will think that this is one of those sex fantasies, but this is actually true.

I gave it some thought and called the realtor so we could chat about it more. I wanted to look at the condo again, so we met there the following day. I was absolutely frank with him about working out another way to structure this deal. I was pretty certain he knew a loophole or two to save me money on the deposit.

Meeting at the condo, so I could take another look around, I told him I really wanted it, but was between a bit of a rock and a hard place as far as the deposit was concerned, did he have any suggestions for me. He looked me in the eye and explain that he has helped out single ladies before in terms of zero deposit mortgages, eager to find out how, I asked “how”?

He didn’t mince words, cut to the chase and said “sex for favors”. Caramba! So, it had finally come to that for me too. He was fat, sweaty, fifty if he was a day and looked like he might die of a heart attack if he got too excited. But I wanted the condo!

“Sure”, I said, turning on the charm, “I found you sexy from the moment I laid eyes on you, this won’t be too difficult” I lied. “You decide the when and where and I will make it happen”.

He said “right here and now, and I’ll get the paperwork started over the weekend, you can sign and we will submit to the bank on Monday”!

I knew I had to make this good and believable, just in case something went wrong. I seduced him, shut my eyes and placed an imaginary brown paper bag over his head so I didn’t have to look at him, and I fucked to save my country.

In the end it all turned out well, I got my dream condo, he got a couple of fucks out of an attractive blond, and I saved 000. This money paid for my brand new beech and aluminum kitchen and my spa bath!
